You are joining ---- a big group of people ---- leaving from Los Angeles,
then, the caravan passes through either Las Vegas or Phoenix,
on the way to The Grand Canyon, Texas, Colorado or other locations.
The exact pickup station is always announced, via email ---- before the trip.
