Please use discretion re: the schedule. Try not to "sign up and register" for a seat on any camping trip if you are "wishy washy" about it, and really not planning to go with us. Not only does it not give us an accurate "count" of the actual people related to the planning of any camping trip, you might also be taking away someone else's opportunity to go, if your are not considerate of other people offered the same opportunity, when space is sometimes limited.
Registration for all camping trips is first come, first serve. Different trips are offered year-round, in different "cycles of rotation". If you miss the first camping trip of the year to a particular destination, you can simply go camping --- the next time around ----- to the same location.
We never require "deposits" in advance to reserve a seat. All we ask is that you register from the schedule "on your honor". If you register for a camping trip, then change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. Our "lists" should be as accurate as possible, at all times.
