Everybody signed up for the same reason you did, in order to "go camping" at outrageous places across the Western U.S.
Anyone can "get together" with other people online to discuss any of our upcoming camping trips.
Introduce yourselves.

OFFICIAL CHAT SESSION @ 8PM EVERY NIGHT
We realize not everybody "chats" at the exact same time.
Other campers won't always be present in the chatroom during the day.
Daytime "chat" is generally for campers who already met in the chatroom.
In order to organize "live" discussion groups, we have established 8 PM as the official Adventure Avenue chat session, each and every night.
Anyone can "chat" with anyone else at Adventure Avenue
(around the clock) after meeting others via CAMPER "CHAT".
However, to assist the process of bringing our different club members together for the first time, the 8PM "chat" session allows campers to meet in the chatroom at a specifically established time, every night.
Note: People often "sign in" @ staggered times. Such as 8:01, 8:05, 8:09, 8:14. If you "give up" right away after "sign in", you also might miss the next person, who "signs in" just a few minutes later.
It's best if everyone "signs in" together promptly at 8 PM. If not, you might want to "wait" a few minutes, in case somebody else joins the chatroom.
We have discovered that most people "sign in" during the first 15 minutes.
WHY DO WE MAINTAIN A "LIVE" CHATROOM?
Well... suppose you want to participate on a "once in a lifetime" camping trip headed out for 7-10 days to The Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Mexico, Zion or other interesting places?
Of course, you want a big group of people to go with.
And, you probably want to know some of the other people who are going?
Keep in mind, any club member can just jump into our road trippin' vans without knowing everybody else. Part of "the big adventure" is meeting new people ---- on the road. We take the biggest groups of people possible.
Not everybody knows each other.
Knowing the other campers ahead of time is also not required.
We have discovered during past camping trips --- people love talking to people they've never met. Some people are from different countries. Other people are from different states. Exchanging stories about where they are from. While exploring new places.
But, for others who might want to know a few people in the group ahead of time, we provide "live" chat sessions, allowing campers to meet each other --- from the comfort of home.
