First and foremost, Adventure Avenue is an outdoor camping and recreational travel club which takes big groups of people on "road trips" all around California.

We are a voluntary club, not a travel agency.    Everybody " votes" for locations.
There are all kinds of different people in the club.

Members can choose to "travel alone" or "with friends" on any road trip.

We explore "hot spots" around California.

There is no "instant demand" for big, road trips --- like at a major airport.
Road trips happen when everybody's schedule is "in sync" at the same time.

The AA Travel Club is similar to past camp activities you might have done in the Boy/Girl Scouts as a kid, or at a YMCA. However this one's only for the grown-ups.  AA provides recreational outdoor "camping" for adults only. Members must be 18 and older to participate.

When you sign up for our newsletter, you automatically become "a member" of the travel club.

AA is open to anyone throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

AA is for the people, by the people, of the people. All members of the AA Travel Club "vote" for heir own preferred travel destinations, or "write-in" their own locations, or make other suggestions related to "road trippin".   Everyone helps "mold" the entire experience.

AA exists as a "convenience" to anyone who loves to travel for recreation. 

Sometimes... people are just too busy at work, or managing their families.  And we know this. That's why nobody else has to do any of the hard work "making it all happen". 

When AA schedules any road trip, club members can either choose to "sign up" or "wait for the next trip".   All you have to do is "show up".

No hassles.

Membership is "ongoing".

The hardest work you will do most of the time is "pack your own suitcase".

AA exists to take care of all the little details, ahead of time.
